Urban Wheelhouse Loft Downtown Springfield

Zachary’s place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well thought out. There is plenty of space to entertain but isn’t overcrowded with furniture. The bed is super comfy. It’s walkable to many restaurants and the parking garage is extremely close by. Staying downtown does come with a noise factor so just be wary of that whenever you stay in the downtown Springfield area.

Great location and tons of food and nightlife options in the area. I’d suggest doing the paid parking across the street for the $5. Will definitely be back for a future stay!

Great and spacious place for a week stay in Springfield. The place is exactly as the pictures show and is brighter than we thought with the skylight which was nice surprise. We had busy days and the place was a nice and comfortable spot to come back to each night. So many restaurant choices that are easily walkable. Some outdoor noise should be expected but for the most part it’s a quiet area.

We are currently undergoing extensive renovations at our home and needed a place we could all be together for Christmas. Our family of 4 stayed at the loft and it was perfect! The kids loved being so close to the square so they could go down and take pictures. The space was clean and cozy! Since we were there over Christmas nothing was really open downtown, but I can imagine when they are open that would be a very cool place to stay. It’s within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars and lots of great places to snap pictures. We loved it!

The loft renovation in this historic building was very well done. The space was very comfortable. The Airbnb was just as described. Zachary was a great host and quickly answered any questions. I will definitely book here again!

A+ Awesome place! was forsure best Airbnb experience yet. the apartment was more then expected. the open layout, tall ceilings, great furniture, everything was there and hassle free. I would highly recommend both this apartment, and Zachary and a host.I hope i get a chance to stay there again in the future.

Zachary's place was exactly as described and photographed. It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay after traveling many miles from California. The beds were extremely comfortable and looked very inviting with nice linens. This was my first time staying in a loft-style apartment in the city, which really added to the experience. I loved how the place was decorated and the care and detail in the little things. I especially loved the hanging vintage bike above the stairs. The parking garage was right behind the building, and I suggest to future travelers, if you have a lot of luggage, to try to find a parking place in front, temporarily, to unload and then park the car at the garage. I loved everything about this place and would book it again.

Zachary was very descriptive of how to get to the LOFTS and super kind. I loved my stay in the very big and beautiful apartment. Thank you again for always showing hospitality!

Totally neat apartment just steps from the action in downtown Springfield! The apartment was furnished with attractive and comfortable furnishings. I stayed here during a work conference and was able to walk home one evening after an outing at Ernie Biggs piano bar. I felt safe in the neighborhood and parking was no sweat.

This stay was amazing. The lofts are located downtown so you are able to get to the local downtown scene with ease. The space was well maintained and very beautiful. The little touches all around made it a fun place to kick back for a few days. I appreciate everything this place had to offer. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be back!
