Great space for our family. Zachary was immediately responsive to an air conditioning issue during our hear wave stay and resolved the situation. The location was private while still being very close to local amenities.

This was the perfect Airbnb for our family to stay for our older daughter’s college graduation. The backyard space was huge and we all enjoyed sitting on the front and back porches!

Zachary’s place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well thought out. There is plenty of space to entertain but isn’t overcrowded with furniture. The bed is super comfy. It’s walkable to many restaurants and the parking garage is extremely close by. Staying downtown does come with a noise factor so just be wary of that whenever you stay in the downtown Springfield area.

Everything was as described, the host was quick to respond and flexible, the space was clean and well maintained. The living room could use a table or something below the tv to place devices/consoles. If you’re here about the hot tub, book it. Worked perfectly, easily accessible, and was very clean.

Great location and tons of food and nightlife options in the area. I’d suggest doing the paid parking across the street for the $5. Will definitely be back for a future stay!

Fantastic house and location! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Springfield. We had a quick pit stop on our way to Texas and the host was quick to respond and accommodate.

Great and spacious place for a week stay in Springfield. The place is exactly as the pictures show and is brighter than we thought with the skylight which was nice surprise. We had busy days and the place was a nice and comfortable spot to come back to each night. So many restaurant choices that are easily walkable. Some outdoor noise should be expected but for the most part it’s a quiet area.

Great stay at Zachary/Ed's place. this was the perfect house for our stay. We all instantly felt right at home. it was very spacious and had everything we needed -well not a hairdryer, but I survived :) The beds and bathrooms were amazingly roomy and comfortable. I cook alot and the kitchen was great! (need a 9x13) . We walked all around the area and there were so many restaurants, parks and activities within 15 minutes from the house. We want an excuse to return to Springfield just to stay at Zachary's place!! Recommend it to anyone.

Property was clean and updated. As advertised. We had a couple of very minor issues when we first arrived, and the host was super-responsive in addressing my questions. Highly recommend this property and host.

Zachary’s place was clean and comfortable. They allow pets so we were prepared for the place to smell as such. It did not, and there was not evidence that pets had been there. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. They were very responsive to a couple of questions we had and were very helpful! We would definitely stay again!
